The men's Eastbay Moisture Management 11" Mesh Short have an 11" inseam. Most of the major brands of basketball shorts have their inseams cut from 11"-12" long. I have not noticed a short with a larger inseam, and most of the pro players that are really tall use these style of shorts. Seems to work for them.

The outseam length for the men's Eastbay Moisture Management 11" Mesh Short in a size Large is 24", minus approximately 1 3/4" for the waistband if you just want fabric length.

The outseam of the Eastbay Moisture Management 11" Mesh Short in a size 2XL measures 26". Add an additional 1" to the outseam for a 3XL.
