The outseam (measured from the top of the waistband to the bottom of the fabric over the knee) for the men's Eastbay Moisture Management 13" Mesh Short in a size Medium is 25" long.
The outseam (measured from the top of the waistband to the bottom of the fabric over the knee) for the men's Eastbay Moisture Management 13" Mesh Short in a size Small is also 25" long.

The men's Eastbay Moisture Management 13" Mesh Short actually has the same colored mesh on the inside as well, so it is like a double layer. Seems you wouldn't be able to see through the two layers.

Yes, the word Eastbay is on the left hem. It's small and rather inobtrusive.
