I measured the 3XL size for the men's Eastbay All Sport MM Jacket since you seem to be pretty tall. The whole outer sleeve length (since there really is no shoulder hem) is 36" long. The inner sleeve length (from armpit hem down to cuff) is 25" long. Add another inch to these measurements for the size 4XL.
