How snug does the compression mock fit around the neck?
I have touble finding one that fits correctly. I need a large but I'm worried the neck will be too loose. Do you know what the neck sizes are for the shirts? Thanks!

I could get a rough estimate of the neck sizes for the men's Eastbay L/S Tight Compression Mock with EVAPOR, but these would not be very accurate due to the compression fit and nature of material. Normally, if you get the chest dimension right, then the other measurements of the shirt, (length, neck opening & sleeves) will fall into place and fit correctly. And sometimes an article of clothing just needs to be tried on to get an idea of the fit, especially with the compression fitted garments.

Because of your height, I measured the bigger sizes for the men's Eastbay L/S Tight Compression Mock with EVAPOR. In a size XXL, the outer sleeve length from shoulder hem down to cuff) is 25" long, and the inner sleeve is 22" long. In a size 3XL, the outer sleeve length from shoulder hem down to cuff) is 26" long, and the inner sleeve is 23" long. These will stretch about an inch yet, but will have a tighter compressed fit.

Is the Cold Gear Mock thicker and is it worth it to get the Cold gear one if you will be in pretty cold weather?

The men's Eastbay MM L/S Tight Compression Mock will not necessarily be be thinner than the cold gear mocks, but it will not be as warm. The cold gear mocks are made from different materials that provide better warmth on those colder days.

Tight Compression Mock vs. Cold Gear Mock
I was wondering what the main difference between the regular eastbay tight compression mock was in comparison to the tight compression "cold gear" mock. I am planning on playing intramural football in the fall and was wondering if I just buy the regular tight compression would it be ok to play in outdoors?

The cold gear mock has moisture management plus 'Thermal Protection'. The men's Eastbay MM L/S Tight Compression Mock has moisture management, but was not designed to keep you warm. Sort of depends on how cold you feel in the chillier weather.
