The The North Face Recon BackPack, will have a large main compartment with laptop sleeve (fits most 15" laptops). The dimensions of this pack are; 19" x 13" x 8". There should not be an issue holding a (15.6" laptop), but it may fit snug/tight.

Unfortunately, we do not currently have a backpack made with a chest strap. Try typing in Sling Bags in the search box on the website. They are a different variation of a backpack.
