The Nike Zoom Long Jump 4 is designed for the serious long jump and pole vault athlete looking for the latest in jumping technology. No-sew synthetic-leather midfoot provides lightweight, structured support. Forefoot lockdown strap and zippered shroud deliver a snug, secure fit. Hard-density EVA wedge adds durable cushioning. 3/4-length nylon plate with seven replaceable spikes offers powerful traction. Forefoot plate features dynamic flex for a more natural foot plant on takeoff. Comes with 1/4" christmas tree spikes and a wrench. Wt. 8.2 oz.

I don't believe the men's Nike Zoom LJ 4 spike in the White/Treasure Blue/Volt/Black colorway is part of any Olympic collection. This is actually an older style.

The men's Nike Free Run + 2 shoe we have stocked at the warehouse runs 'True to Size'. So if a size 10.0 works well for you in this style, then I would recommend a size 10.5 in the men's Nike Zoom LJ 4 spike since the spike runs a 1/2 size small.

The men's Nike Zoom LJ 4 spike is designed for long jumping. It is your personal preference whether to use this design for sprints as well.

With your measurements, I would stay with a size 13.0 for the men's Nike Zoom LJ 4 shoe. The size chart is a decent guide, but you have to keep in mind that the actual shoe length is going to be more than your actual foot length.

Both the men's Nike Zoom LJ 4 spike & the men's Nike Zoom Superfly R3 spike run a 1/2 size small. We suggest ordering a 1/2 size larger than your normal size. But if you are wearing a size 06.0 in the Superfly R3 series, then you should stick with that size for the men's LJ 4 series. They both fit similar.

Unfortunately, there are no sizes on order at all for the men's Nike Zoom LJ 4 spike in the Metallic Silver/Anthracite/Total Orange colorway. This particular style will no longer be available thru the website once warehouse inventory is gone.

The men's ASICS® Japan Lite-Ning 3 spike we stock runs a 1/2 size big. So if a size 10.5 fits well in this shoe, that should really be considered as a size 11.0. The men's Nike Zoom LJ 4 actually runs 1/2 size small, opposite of the japan lightning. So considering you're an 11.0, I would recommend ordering a size 11.5 for the Nike Zoom LJ4 style. Not all Nike spikes will run small, tho. Look at each spike on an individual basis to figure the fit, regardless of the brand.

It appears that a triple jump spike is the same spike used for pole vaulting and normally has a total of nine spikes. The men's Nike Zoom Long Jump 4 spike is designed for long jumps/pole vaulting as well, yet only has a total of seven spikes. The men's Nike Zoom Long Jump 4 spike should be a good spike for triple jumps, but in the end will be based on your personal preference as to whether the heel has enough 'lift' for you.

The men's Nike Zoom Long Jump 4 spikes are true to size, just as the men's Nike Zoom Long Jump III are. So, you should be able to order the same sizes for both these spikes, which seems to be an 08.5 for you.
