The men's Nike Elite Hoodie in a size Small has a length of 27" in the N. Carolina style, and all the other teams as well. The length will be the same for each hoodie regardless of what the college is.

Question
Is this sweatshirt fitted or loose fitting? Also, will the L or XL be long enough for someone that is 6'3"?
I'm concerned about whether or not it's going to be fitted and short. I want it to be fitted like their knockout sweatshirt. So that's one part of my question. About it whether it's a shorter sweatshirt or not, I bought a USC nike sweatshirt in XL a year ago. It was too short and so I don't wear it anymore.

This hoodie is very loose-fitting; not fitted at all. Also I think sizing was structured with long torsos in mind. I am 5'3" and the sz S reaches halfway down my thighs!

The men's Nike Elite Hoodie is not considered to have any sizing discrepancies. It should fit you as any other regular fitted sweatshirt or hoodie would fit you. The length is not a shortened length.
