The men's adidas Tiro II Training Pant in the Black/White colorway will not be restocked in Small sizes. There are only a couple left in this size for this colorway. The New Navy/White colorway is not being restocked either, but there is plenty of inventory left in a size Small to fill multiple orders.

The main difference of the men's adidas Condivo 12 Sweatpant is the material. These are made from a 100% polyester French terry material. Even though it is basically the same material, the fabric does have a different texture. Also, the leg hems are not zippered, but open.
The men's adidas Condivo 12 Training Pant and the men's adidas Tiro II Training Pant are essentially the same construction, just a bit of a different look between the two designs. Both of these utilize the ClimaCool® construction, zip pockets, bottom leg zips, and use an elastic waistband with drawcord. The material of the Condivo design is a 100% polyester knit pant whereas the material of the Tiro is basically just a 100% polyester. The knit polyester may seem a little softer to some.

The Small size in the men's adidas Tiro II Training Pant has about a 31" inseam length. It's between 30" & 31". I'm not sure how you like to wear your pants or if these will be too short for you. For most, the length is proportionate to the waist measurement; so if you get the waist right, the leg length should follow. The men's adidas Condivo 12 Training Pant has a similar fit.

The men's adidas Tiro II Training Pant will have a snug fit on most in the correct sizing. And this style has ClimaCool® construction for good moisture management. If you want a really tight pair, you might want to look at the compression fitted pants. I don't see a reason why you wouldn't be able to use that kind of style on the soccer field if you choose, even if under shorts or something. The compression fit will help keep your leg muscles tuned up. Either type in tights in the search bar or performance leggings to get a decent selection of these.
