I can say that the men's Nike Zoom Vapor Carbon Fly TD cleat has more shoe technology in the upper to provide lateral support, and uses air technology to help with cushioning. Some running backs would prefer the low cut design of the Carbon Fly over the higher upper on the men's Nike Alpha Speed TD 3/4 cleat because of better mobility.
