What size should I get?

I'm a girl and in highschool track, I'm running the 400 and the 800. I 'm considering gettining these shoes, however what size should I get? I'm wearing a size 8.5 in Asics women's track spikes and I wear a 9 or 9.5 reguarly in NIke shoes. I also have a kind of wide foot. What size should I order?Thank you!!

Asics shoes would probably feel bigger than the Nike branded shoes. However, each shoe design needs to be considered separately and it is difficult to make comparison. And since you say you sort of have a wider foot, let's say that the 09.5 in a women's Nike running shoe is most comfortable for you. Going from this situation, I would probably have to recommend a size 09.0 in the men's Nike Zoom Rival MD 6 spike. Not to confuse the situation, but I got that because I converted down to a men's size (full size plus 1/2 size smaller), but added back on a full size (for the wider feet) since this style seems to be very narrow. I hope that size works for you...
