The full grain leather upper on the men's Jordan Flight 45 Trek shoe will help with moisture control to a point. It would be better to treat the material with water repellant if you plan to use these in the snow a lot of the time. The only drawback that I can think of would be heat control. You might want to size up a 1/2 size so there is extra room in the shoe if you need to wear an extra pair of socks on those really cold days.

The men's Jordan Flight 45 Trek shoe has an all grain Leather upper that will repel moisture, but is not fully waterproof. There are leather treatment kits on the market that could help with this though. I believe the shoe is intended more for hiking purposes than actual basketball play. This style is heavier and more durable than regular basketball shoes.

Unfortunately, no. There are no size 16.0's on order for the men's Jordan Flight 45 Trek Mid shoe in the Black/Vivid Pink/Anthracite/Imperial Blue colorway. This particular style will actually be sold out once current inventory is gone.
