There really isn't a substantial heel drop on the men's ASICS® Cyber Jump London spikes. The heel part shouldn't be touching the ground when you are running full sprint. There is an image of the bottom of this spike online and that should give an idea of the width if needed.

Sometimes the actual pin placement is different on the 'Take Off' spike to allow for more traction in the front of the shoe before liftoff. Yet the men's ASICS® Cyber Jump London spikes have identical pin placement on both shoes. I do have an inquiry placed on the vendor's website in hopes I can offer a more technical answer to your question later on because the only difference I noticed was that the outsole seemed more pronounced on the bottom of the left shoe, which leads me to believe there is more material used in construction that probably offers a rebound type of effect from that shoe. I will post another answer if I get a reply from the vendor detailing the construction and specific differences of left & right shoe for this style.

Altho mainly designed for jumping events in track, the men's ASICS® Cyber Jump London spike could be used for sprinting if you so choose. As with most products, it will really come down to personal preference as to what works well for you.
