The size chart online is more or less just a guide for those who do not know their shoe size. Probably is used more for international sizing questions. Since the men's Nike Mercurial Vapor VIII FG cleat runs 'True to Size', order whatever shoe size you normally wear. If you feel you have wider feet than most, then I would probably go up a 1/2 size to allow for a bit more room in the shoe. The sizes listed on the website are always in U.S. sizing unless otherwise indicated.

The men's Nike Mercurial Vapor VIII FG cleat should conform to your feet after some use. Since the shoe runs 'True to Size', order whatever shoe size you normally wear. If you feel you have wider feet than most, then I would probably go up a 1/2 size to allow for a bit more room in the shoe.
