Yes, the men's Nike Free Run + 3 shoes can be used as trainers if that is what you want them for. There is enough cushioning and support to help keep feet comfortable during repetitious movements as well.

Unfortunately, it appears as if none of the sizes will be replenished at the warehouse for the men's Nike Free Run + 3 shoe in the Black/Dark Grey colorway. This style will no longer be available online once warehouse inventory is gone.

Yes, the men's Nike Free Run + 3 shoe in the Sequoia/Electric Green colorway has a Black colored upper. The image online is lighter than what the shoe really is. I tried to get a better image for you. Note my army green jacket sleeve so you can make a reference to the darker, black shade type of color on the upper of the shoe.

I do not see any colorways in the system that match the color description you have given. If you meant the Cool Grey/Reflect Silver/Pure Platinum colorway for the men's Nike Free Run + 3 shoe, unfortunately none of the sizes are being replenished in that style. Otherwise if you are able, can you please list the sku number you have interest in. Then I can check the correct colorway for replenishment orders.

There will be more sizes available online, including sz 13.0's, for the men's Nike Free Run + 3 shoe with the Black/Dark Grey colorway. Unfortunately, the estimated warehouse receipt isn't until mid-February, 2013.

Unfortunately, there are no sizes on order at all for the men's Nike Free Run + 3 shoe with the Chrome Yellow/Sail/Reflect Silver colorway. This style will no longer be available from the website once warehouse inventory is gone. It's possible a customer could return a size 11.0 to the warehouse in store bought condition. But you will have to check the website daily to see if one of them posts or not.
