The men's Nike Free Haven 3.0 shoe is a great, minimalistic running shoe that gives a sense of barefoot running. Depending on the training, this style could be used for cross country running or any other type of race training as well. For aerobics or jumping exercises though, this design wouldn't offer much impact protection and you may want a more durable style for those types of exercise.

For whatever reasons, the vendor has only presented the men's Nike Free Haven 3.0 shoe in the Black/White/Black colorway to us in smaller sizes that end with a size 09.0. Unfortunately, it seems as if the larger sizes, such as a size 11.0, will not be available online in this particular colorway.

All of the Nike Free styles would be good volleyball shoes. And it does come down to personal preference in the end. I would recommend checking out some consumer reviews on the different designs that are offered in the Free styles. I can offer a design that I think would work well because of the weight, added upper support, and the cushioning the full-length Cushlon midsole provides. It is the women's Nike Free XT Motion Fit+ shoe, sku #54116101, but sizes and colorways are limited. As I said tho, most of the Free styles will have the same characteristics and perform alike.
