Questions & Answers for Nike Free Trainer 5.0 - Men's

Question

Sizing?

I've got a very wide foot. I'm a 13 in most of Nike's shoes, including the Nike Free 4.0 shoes. However, sometimes (very rarely) I'm a 12 in other types of shoe. People are saying that this shoes is really narrow, should I get a 14, or risk the thirteen. I can't return sizes (I think), because I live in Australia.

If you wear a size 13.0 in the Nike Free 4.0 shoe, then a size 13.0 might work for you in the men's Nike Free Trainer 5.0 shoe. Yet seeing as how you say 'very' wide feet, the 14.0 might be the better choice in the 5.0 series to avoid an exchange. You can still return shoes from Australia. But most prefer not to because you would be responsible for the ship costs to get the unwanted shoes back to us. But at least we won't charge again to get the exchange pair out to you. Our Customer Service Team can provide you with more details about the return process if needed.

There are no sizes on order at all for the men's Nike Free Trainer 5.0 shoe in the Wolf Grey/Game Royal/White colorway. This style will no longer be available from the website once warehouse inventory is gone. I've checked for receipts in the Wolf Grey/College Navy/White colorway as well in case you were asking of this style. Unfortunately, this colorway has sold out at the warehouse and will not be replenished either.

Unfortunately, a 10.5 in the men's Nike Free Trainer 5.0 shoe with the Obsidian/White/University Red/White colorway is not being restocked at the warehouse. This particular style will no longer be available from the website once warehouse inventory is gone.

The Nike Men's Free Trainer 5.0, is meant to mimic barefoot running. It probably won't give you the high impact cushioning you'll need for training.

Question

Are the pic's on your website accurate?

On May 31, I purchased a pair of the Nike Free Trainer 5.0- Men's, in Cyber/Black/Volt/Black. On your website & paper catalog, it shows the shoe having black front tip, and black portion on the bottom of the shoe, as well as the inside of the shoe being black. The shoes i received from you guys did not have those specific features on them, and i was wondering why I didn't receive the exact shoe from your catalog? And if you have the exact shoe that is on your website, can i exchange the one's i received?

The men's Nike Free Trainer 5.0 shoe in the Photo Blue/White/Soar/Bright Blue colorway that we have stocked at the warehouse does not have the blue color on the outsole. It is just an all White outsole. I will point out the discrepancy to those who can correct it.
