How wide are they in width?

I just wanted to know how wide they are since it says the shoes' width are wide;
i wear size 4.5in those shoes

The New Balance 990 - Boys' Grade School (Wide), shoes will have a standard heel width, standard instep height, standard toe box depth and a wider forefoot width. There will not be a major difference between the "wide" and "standard" sizes. The "wide" will give you more forefoot room, but length of the shoe will be the same.

Yes, the size 07.0 offered online for the New Balance 990 - Boys' Grade School shoe is equivalent to a men's size 07.0 in length. The width is a standard kid's 'B', not a men's 'D'.
