If you are in the middle of sizes, you might want the larger choice for the men's Nike NFL Therma-Fit Full-Zip Hoodie. Even though it is not a true Slim Fit jacket, the type of construction makes it feel a little tighter than usual. So, for a more relaxed fit, I would probably go with the bigger size. If you like a snug fit, than stick with the Medium.
