If there are shipping restrictions associated with items, such as the men's The North Face Halftrack Camo Hoodie, it is the vendor who is imposing those restrictions and we must abide by their guidelines in order to distribute their product. We had a similar scenario with a major vendor that we use, and I kept advising customers to voice a concern to them to lift their ship restrictions. Can't say if it was because of this or not, but they did end up taking the ship restrictions off for our Australian customers. Maybe the same would work with this vendor??
