Not in shoe construction or materials, but in fit. The women's Nike Hyperdunk shoe is built the same as the men's Nike Hyperdunk shoe in the upper. And even though the materials are the same in the midsole and outsole, a narrower 'last' (or mold) is used for the women's design which conforms to a women's foot better, thus producing the standard 'B' width used in a women's shoe.
