Palm material?

These gloves say that they have C-TACK on the fingertips and lower palm, but what's on the rest of the fingers and palm? Is it absorbant material? Because if the ground is wet I would prefer my hands to not get soaked.

The rest of the Cutters Men's HX80 Hexpad Lineman Glove is made with a synthetic material, that performs in wet weather. Simply remove surface water with a dry towel.
