Although the men's Nike 1-95 Posite Max style has an outsole designed for wintery weather, and the Foamposite shell should deflect most moisture, I can not really state for sure whether this design was intended to be waterproof because the vendor does not have that information listed on their site. I do have an inquiry out there and will post another answer for you once I hear a response.
