Yes, the men's Nike Zoom Vapor Elite BB Metal cleat in the White/Black colorway looks more Off-White, or even silver on parts of upper as the image online suggests. I tried getting more images for you, yet the lighting at the warehouse isn't the best for photography. I will post anyway in hopes they help you with your decision.

The larger image for the men's Nike Zoom Vapor Elite BB Metal cleat in the Black/Game Orange colorway is correct showing the White swoosh. I will alert those who can correct the smaller image seen online for this style.

Not in this style. Baseball shoes, such as the men's Nike Zoom Vapor Elite BB Metal cleat, are usually just made with a low cut upper since baseball players aren't too concerned about keeping their ankle in a safe position, but would rather have the extra ankle mobility for speed that a low cut upper provides.

The 10oz is for a size 09.0 in the men's Nike Zoom Vapor Elite BB Metal cleat. The weights listed on the website are pretty accurate and one can normally just add/subtract a 1/2oz for each other full size you may need the weight of. This is just an approximation though, but still pretty reliable.

Wrong Color Plate?

I ordered these cleats in the Black/White colorway with the impression that the cleat plate would be white, like in the product picture. However, when they arrived, the plate was black. Is there actually this cleat in a Black/White colorway with a white plate? I even looked on Nike.com and there was no black/ with white plate colorway for this shoe.

Unfortunately, it appears we have an incorrect image posted on the website for the men's Nike Zoom Vapor Elite BB Metal cleat in the Black/White colorway. The spike plate is indeed all Black on the cleats we have stocked at the warehouse. If you are truly unsatisfied with your purchase and want to return the shoes, please contact our Customer Service Team and explain the situation. I'm sure a full refund will be issued; but be sure the return postage is covered as well. We will not have a Black/White design for this cleat with a White plate, at least not in this shoe model.
