The length of the men's adidas Rose Lightweight Fleece Hoodie in a Medium is 28" long. This is pretty much the normal length for this type of garment.

What is the fit? Is it loose? Is it tight? In between?

Also, is there any technology about the jacket? Like thermal fit or something like that to keep you warm in the winter?

The men's adidas Rose Lightweight Fleece Hoodie has a regular fit. I don't feel the fit is really tight nor loose. As far as warmth, the material is a lightweight 100% polyester fleece that would work well for late Spring/early Fall weather; but you may want another garment worn over the fleece in the wintertime, at least in Northwoods winter weather.
