Definitely. After all, in the end it is based on personal preference as to what activity you will use the men's ASICS® Gel - Kayano 19 shoe for. But as long as you don't need the spiked traction of most Sprint type shoes, then these will work for fast running. Plus these are comfortable and supportive enough for the longer distance running.
