The men's Rawlings Dugout Fleece in a size Large is 32" long, has a pit to pit width of 25" across, and a total sleeve length of 33". The men's Rawlings Dugout Fleece in a size XL is 33" long, has a pit to pit width of 27" across, and a total sleeve length of 34". There is no shoulder hem to reference...that is why the sleeve length seems so long.

The sleeve length of the men's Rawlings Dugout Fleece in a Medium size is 21" long for the inner sleeve length (from middle of armpit down to wrist cuff) and 32" from the end of the sleeve up to the neck collar. The sleeve lengths for the other sizes will either be +/- an inch to these lengths.
