What you use the men's adidas Crazy Fast shoe for is entirely up to you. Granted, the traditional use for this style is more for running; but if you like the look, and the shoes are comfortable for you, then I see no reason why you can't wear these shoes while lifting.

On average, the midsole on the men's adidas Crazy Fast shoes should last at least 300-400 miles. Of course certain aspects will affect this range...such as individual weight, weather conditions shoe is used in, type of surfaces shoe is used on, etc.
