'Backorder' means the colorway in the men's New Balance 574 shoe that has this notation is not yet at the warehouse, but we are expecting it near the date that is listed on the website. Most times the deliveries are spot on from the vendor and the customer's orders for back ordered items will ship the day as stated. But there can be delays and even cancellations. We are on the manufacturers timeframe with these back ordered items.

The shoe that came up in your question was the men's New Balance 574 Suede in colorway Burgundy/Silver. Unfortunately, there are no future orders planned to restock this shoe in any of the sizes for this colorway.
