Unfortunately, there was no sizing on the packaging of the Grabber Cold Weather Muff indicating specific waist sizes. It is a 'One Size Fits Most' type of sizing because of the adjustable quick-release belt.

Major league players use the Grabber Cold Weather Muff to keep their hands warm if that is what you are asking. I don't really know what 'BFL' stands for...my apologies.
