What sizing does eastbay go by? UK US ETC

As my boys are 5 and 7 years of age and am wanting x2 sizing from eastbay. Although I need a size 12C for my 5 year old and a 13C for my 7year old.

What size were you interested in ordering? The Nike Air Max 90 is available in Boy's Grade School sizes (i.e. product # 07793076).
