If a women's size 09.0 works for you in a Sprint spike that runs 'True to Size', then you should probably try a size 08.0 first in the men's Nike Zoom HJ III spike. Normally I would suggest just a full size plus 1/2 size difference, but it seems this style runs small.

The men's Nike Zoom HJ III spike plate is a softer, rubber type material. You can remove the metal pins and just run on the spike plate if you prefer, but this style is designed for jumping. I don't see why it still wouldn't work for you, yet I wanted to be sure you were aware of this.

Yes, you can use the men's Nike Zoom HJ III spike for Triple Jump events as well. For jumping spikes, the shape of the spike plate is designed to give toe lift off and the spike configuration provides better grip in the front. What you might want to do, tho, is pick up a set of replacement 7mm spikes to switch out with the 9mm that are shipped with the shoe. I'm not sure if it is a regulation, but it seems the normal size to use for the Triple Jump is a 7mm length. Yet I suppose this could depend on personal preference if the option to use longer spikes is open to you. Your coach should know the restrictions.

For the men's Nike Zoom HJ III, I would recommend a size 06.5 in men's if you are a 24.0-24.5cm in a female shoe. That size is taking into consideration the size discrepancy of the shoe as well.

Actually, a size 08.0 should work for you with the men's Nike Zoom HJ III because the shoe runs .5 size bigger than normal. The vendor sizing chart suggests between a size 07.0-08.0 for 24.0-24.5cm size range, so I added 1/2 size to the 07.5 in the middle of this range.

High jump shoes are different than the regular track spike. A high jump shoe contains four additional holes in the heel of the takeoff shoe. The jumper can insert spikes in a pattern that suits them best for the most traction at takeoff.

The toe area should have a glove like fit (allows room for toes to move comfortably) while standing up straight. In the width area, the foot is supposed to fit comfortably without stretching the upper over the midsole of the shoe. For the heel, try for a snug fit as the heel counter area is less padded and more firm.

Question

How do you get replacement spikes just like the ones that come with Nike HJ shoe?

The Nike HJ shoe uses the same exact spike as the Asics HJ shoe. They are not needles, pyramids or christmas trees. There are almost straight spikes. You can sse how they are different in the picture close up. I called Nike and they can't help me. I would like to purchase exact replacements. Any suggestions?
