The Nike Zoom PV II has been designed for both practice and competition. Lightweight stretch innersleeve adds Dynamic-Fit and comfort. Midfoot support strap provides adjustable fit. Engineered with a broad and relatively flat bottom. The 8mm heel-to-toe offset enhances transition for the upright running style. Five removable pins are placed in key zones of the extended spike plate. Comes with 9mm Christmas Tree spikes and a wrench. Wt. 8.4 oz.

Question

I have a number of questions - see below

1. Can these shoes be used on a grass surface?
2. Are the Christmas spikes metal?
3. Can the spikes be interchanged with normal pyramid spikes (and if so, is it possible to order extra spikes)
4. Can the shoe be used without spikes (i.e. will removing and running in them damage the spike plate)?

The Nike Zoom PV II should not be used on a grass surface. The christmas spikes are ceramic. The spikes are interchangeable and here is a link to where they can be purchased.

It is personal preference to use the shoe without spikes; however, if wearing without spikes we recommend filling the inserts with track blank spikes, so no damage is done. Here is a link to where the track blanks can be purchased.
