The Nike Air Diamond Trainer - Men's, will run true to size in length and width. These shoes are also the standard "Width - D - Medium", but come in a "2E - Wide" as well.

Does the Air Diamond Trainer have a reinforced inside of the toe for pitchers?

Baseball and softball pitchers drag their toe and shoes are worn out on the inside of one of toes. Which shoe depends on if the pitcher is right or left handed.

To me, the blue shade on the men's Nike Air Diamond Trainer in the Pro Blue/White colorway is more of a Navy Blue than Royal.

They can be used as both. They don't have the grip that cleats do, but I know many people that have worn them in games and been perfectly fine. It only turns into a problem if you choose to wear them as cleats when they get used and the grip wears down. They are good for shoes too. I wear them for pre-game, practice, and sometimes to school.

The men's Nike Air Diamond Trainer is a baseball training shoe that has 'nubs' on the outsole for traction. The trainers are normally used for practices since the traction of the metal spike isn't needed for all aspects of baseball training.
